The Winter Soirée, an FHS Orchestra and Tri-M event, took place on Dec.14 in the Media Center.
The program included small groups of orchestra students or other student musicians performing a song of their choice.
The songs performed were Snow Day!, Nutcracker-The March, Fantasia On a Spanish Carol, Ferris Wheel, Merry Go-Round of Life, Intermezzo for the Holst First Suite in E-flat, Kingdom Dance from “Tangled,” Unravel, Always With Me, All I Want For Christmas Is You, Cancion Del Mariachi, Love to Keep Me Warm, Andante from Andante et Scherzo, Sleigh Ride, and Nineteen, which was composed by an FHS student.
The event was free to attend while all the money raised from concessions was donated.
