Sydney Sultanik, Editor in Chief of Freedom Broadcast

Hey there! I’m Sydney Sultanik, a senior at Freedom High School, and the Editor in Chief of Freedom Broadcast. My goal is to share everything that's happening around Freedom with my fellow classmates through our amazing broadcast. I do all sorts of things from managing and scheduling our segments to directing our staff. Outside of broadcast, I like to bike, snowboard, play hockey and read comics.

Courtney Davis, Broadcast Editor

My name is Courtney Davis, and I'm a senior at Freedom High School. This is my third year on the Uncaged staff working on the Freedom Eagle Broadcast. As well as my second year being a co-editor-in-chief! I help to support broadcast staff, while also helping FHS with special projects. I'm also active member of our schools theater. I am a inducted member of ITS (International Thespian Society) with over 600 service hours, and I serve on the troupes officer board, work as a head sound designer and stage manager. As sound designer, I help to create soundscapes for FHS productions. In my free time, I enjoy reading the Marvel comics, playing The Sims 4.

Izzy Huell, Broadcast Member

Hi, my name is Izzy, and I am a sophomore. This is my first year in Broadcast and Journalism. I am very excited to start learning more about cameras and the art of video making.

Adam Anwar, Broadcast Sports Editor

Hello, my name is Adam Anwar, and I am a senior here at Freedom High School. I took Intro to Journalism freshman year, then proceeded to take Broadcast Journalism I & II, and now I am excited to be in Broadcast Journalism III. I look forward to helping build upon the broadcast and make it even more enjoyable and captivating than last year. You might see me filming at sporting events and anchoring on the morning show. Some things about me is I attend the Academies of Loudoun, and I am a huge Dallas Cowboys fan.

Duke Cardenas, Broadcast Editorial Board

Hello, I am Duke Cardenas, and I am a senior at Freedom High School. This is my third year working for Uncaged, and my third year working on the Freedom Broadcast. I am a inducted member of the ITS(International Thespian Society) and have worked on my productions in Freedom theater. I've worked as an actor, and behind the scenes on Running Crew. I'm nerdy and shy in public, but really goofy and happy around my best friends. I'm creative and determined. In my free time I play guitar, write and draw.

Yahya Hatami, Broadcast Production Lead

Hello, my name is Yahya Hatami. This is my second year in Broadcast Journalism, and I am so excited to make and produce content. In my freetime, I like to stream and edit in WeVideo & Premier Pro. I also like to spend time with my friends and family, and play soccer in my free time! I am so excited to see what this year brings, like broadcasts, sport recaps and morning announcements, stay tuned ;)

Leo Omwa, Broadcast Member

Hi, I'm Leo Omwa, a sophomore at Freedom High School. I'm thrilled to be part of the broadcast class once again and to serve as the host of "Sports Report." I focus on sports coverage and expressing my opinions on sports. I'm looking forward to another year of broadcasting!
