Hydroflasks and Stanleys are the two most popular water bottles on the market right now. Hydroflasks have been around for years now, but in the past few months Stanley water bottles have received a lot of recognition. If you are trying to choose between the two, then Freedom students might have the answer for you.

“I like Hydroflasks because they are able to fit in my backpack,” said sophomore Addison Gary. 

While Stanley water bottles may have a large handle making them unable to fit in backpacks, some people consider this a positive characteristic.

“I prefer Stanley’s because the handle makes it easier to carry than Hydroflasks, and my Stanley fits in cup holders,” said sophomore Lauren Townsend.

In addition, Hydroflasks have more size and color options. However, Stanley’s retail price is cheaper. While you can get a 32oz Hydro Flask for $45, a 40oz Stanley is also $45.  With Hydroflasks, a straw lid will have to be bought separate, whereas a Stanley comes with one automatically. 

Both water bottles will be sure to keep your ice frozen and water cold, but the debate is still which water bottle is truly the best.
